Annual General Meeting of the Football Federation was held on 27 March 2004, at the Football House. The following Office Bearers were elected unanimously.

The only change of the Office Bearers were that, Hon (Mrs) Larrine Perera was elected as a Vice President in place of late Mr. Anandarajah. Her appointment to the post of Vice President creates history as this is the first time a lady has taken up this post in Sri Lankan football.
