FFSL has been very active in its various regions assisting victims of the tragedy which happened on 26 December 2004. Among the efforts so far done are the setting up of a relief centre and the donation of equipment, including footballs as well as household equipment.

International Friendly Matches



In preparation of forthcoming SAFF Games to be held in Sri Lanka later this year the Sri Lanka National team will play friendly international matches against Malaysian National team on the 24th & 26th March at Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo.
1st Match between Sri Lanka Vs Malaysia is scheduled to play on the 24th Saturday march 2007 at Sugathadasa Stadium at 06.00 p.m.
